We have in this short period grown and developed into an award winning training and certification organisation and our soft skills, hospitality and culinary programmes are jointly certificated by Scottish Qualifications Authority.

Our organisation has gone thru difficult times and had the resilience to stay due to all the collaboration and continuous support of its partners and not to forget the organisation's team who had to constantly adapt to changes within the company in connection to the nation's political and economical development without losing sight of its original aims – "to raise the standards of vocational education and build awareness of the soft skills and hospitality industry through professional standards and accredited training".

Our qualifications are internationally benchmarked and our business model is extremely successful as we have standardized systems which makes the execution of the programme simple.

For us to prosper, the Institute will need to continue to be innovative, proactive and develop relevant and exciting products. We need to continuously move forward, be aware of the changing market scenario and broaden the offerings and to listen to our members and key players in the industry. Also we need to move beyond our borders.

In summary, I believe that LcciGQ has an influential voice within the industry and together we can look forward to a rewarding future.
